It was fun to read about this Norwegian adventure and how it purged fear, allowing you to step into your next stage of life...I giggled about the sheep. Haha. I remember being in Scotland and hiking through a field. The sheep were following me. Fast! I wondered the same thing. As a solo hiker since the age of 13, I agree that there is so much fear that society breeds into us. We have to overcome all the old wiring and continue to live the adventures we are called into :)
